‘The water that carries’ is a story that came into being among the gestures spring starts to make into summer. It is a story that came through felt experience, connection with material, and the changes of the land. New and curious meetings and collisions starting to unfold. Interacting patterns and forms, becoming, starting to land.

 

In the story, seven stars fall from different parts of the sky. Meeting a cloud below, each becomes encased in a drop of rain. Falling through the sky, they meet the ground, across distances far and wide. By the influence of water, the stars become transformed by the land to which they fall. Out of this process, new life is formed. Seven plants grow across the world, reflective of the qualities and natures of both the sky and ground to which they inhabit,
